cut sheet for sides (half-bison) customers
Download your cut sheet below. We will be happy to give you our suggestions to ensure the finished product meet your needs.
Please note that this form is not required to order a Mixed Quarter Bison - it will be cut and wrapped to our standard instructions.
Prices
Prices for sides and quarters are based on hanging weight, and include cut & wrap in standard butcher paper, grinding and delivery. A side (Half Bison) is $6.50/lb (rail weight), and a mixed quarter is $7.50/lb (rail weight). Half-bison customers can order sausage, patties and other custom products, as per the Order Form attached to the Cut Sheet.
Lean ground bison is $9.50/lb including delivery, with a minimum 50 lb order.
No deposit is required.
payment
We accept cash, cheque or Interac e-Transfer payments - payment upon delivery.
e-Transfers in advance are appreciated to avoid delay at delivery time.
